Turn Left onto A184.
Continue straight ahead through three sets of traffic lights.
Take the second exit at roundabout.
Bear left onto A1 South.
Continue in left hand lane and take first left onto B1426 signposted Team Valley Industrial Estate
Turn right (3rd exit) at roundabout onto Kingsway North
Continue along Kingsway North
Turn left at roundabout onto Eastern Avenue
Take immediate right onto Queensway South
Take immediate right to Kingsway House

From A1 North:

Follow the A1 South past the MetroCentre on your left
Leave the A1 at the junction signposted Consett, Team Valley
Take first left onto B1426 signposted Team Valley Industrial Estate
Turn right (3rd exit) at roundabout onto Kingsway North
Continue along Kingsway North
Turn left at roundabout onto Eastern Avenue
Take immediate right onto Queensway South
Take immediate right to Kingsway House

From A1 South:

Follow the A1 North past the Angel of the North on your right
Bear left and leave the A1 at the next junction (signposted Team Valley Industrial Estate)
At roundabout take the 4th exit onto Kingsway South (signposted Team Valley Retail World)
At roundabout take the 2nd exit onto Kingsway South
Continue forward onto Kingsway North
At roundabout turn right (2nd exit) onto Eastern Avenue
Take immediate right onto Queensway South
Take immediate right to Kingsway House
